Party reservations must be made 2 days in advance. Submission of this form does NOT guarantee reservation. You must receive confirmation via phone or email from staff.

• Parties must start no later than 5pm.
• Scheduling is subject to availability and is very limited during holiday weeks.
• No outside food or drink (including bottled water) except cakes and ice cream are allowed at parties.
